摘　　要：实践教学是培养大学生创新能力的重要途径。针对发电类专业的特点,分析实践教学体系创新存在的问题,构建由目标体系、内容体系、保障体系、管理体系、考核评价激励体系组成的实践教学体系,实现学生创新能力培养与技术技能培养的有机融合。Practice teaching is an important way to cultivate the innovative ability of college students.Aiming at the characteristics of power generation majors,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the innovation of practice teaching system,and builds a practice teaching system consisting of target system,content system,guarantee system,management system and assessment and incentive system,so as to realize the organic integration of students’innovation ability training and technical skill training.
