摘　　要：为满足邢台市县域经济转型升级需要,输出更多的高技能人才,分析了县域经济转型升级对职业教育的诉求以及远程职业教育的优势,提出了县域经济转型升级视域下远程职业教育的实践策略。应提升县级政府对远程职业教育的领导力,构建匹配区域特色的弹性课程体系,打造一支高素质的远程职业教育师资队伍,创新实践教学的实现途径。In order to satisfy the demand of transformation and upgrading in Xingtai County and to educate more high-skilled talents,the research analyzes the advantages of county economy transformation and upgrading on appeal of vocational education and long-distance professional education,and proposes practical strategies of long-distance professional education under the perspective of county economy transformation and upgrading.It is suggested to improve the leadership of county-level government on long-distance vocational education,construct flexible curriculum system matching regional characteristics,create long-distance vocational education teaching staff of high quality,and innovate realization approach of practical education.
