开放教育有效教务管理与运行机制研究

摘　　要：针对开放教育项目在南京广播电视大学试点多年来教务管理中的问题,提出尝试用有效管理的理论方法加以解决。以“三提高一发挥”构建有效规范的建设机制,以“两实四抓”构建有效教务管理运行机制,建立有效教务管理的过程管理机制、低效或无效管理过程的反思机制,促进有效教务管理评价。直属学院实施有效教务管理与运行机制取得了一定的成效,值得借鉴。There are problems in teaching affair administration of Nanjing Radio and TV University in open education item in recent years.We propose to try effective management theoretical methods to solve the problems.It is suggested to construct effective and regulate construction mechanism through“three promotions and one development”,to establish effective teaching affair administration operation mechanism through“two implements and four grasps”,build reflection mechanism of management mechanism,low and ineffective management in effective teaching affair administration procedure,and to promote the effective teaching affair administration evaluation.Affiliated colleges have some achievements in effective teaching affair management and operation mechanism,so it is worth reference.
