早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者实施早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗的效果。方法本次试验研究的对象为74例脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者,入院时间为2018年2月至2019年2月,根据其手术时间的不同分为两组,给予早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗的37例患者作为早期组,给予限期手术的37例患者作为限期组。对比分析两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果早期组患者治疗总有效率明显高于限期组患者(P<0.05);早期组与限期组患者治疗后健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分与治疗前相比均有显著提高,且早期组患者提高幅度明显优于限期组患者(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前SF-36评分无明显差异(P>0.05);早期组患者住院时间明显短于限期组患者(P<0.05)。结论脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者实施早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗可以提高治疗效果,改善其治疗后健康状况,缩短患者的住院以及恢复时间。Objective To explore the effect of early microsurgical clipping of the tumor neck in patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding.Methods The subjects of this trial are 74 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and hemorrhage.They were admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.They were divided into two groups according to their operation time,and they were given early microsurgery to close the neck of 37 patients were treated as the early group,and 37 patients who received limited-time surgery were treated as the limited-time group.Comparative analysis of the surgical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the early group was significantly higher than that in the limited-term group(P<0.05);the scores of Short Form 36(SF-36)after treatment in the early group and the limited-term group were significantly improved compared to before treatment,and the early the improvement of the patients in the early group was significantly better than the patients in the deadline group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores of the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the hospitalization time of patients in the early group was significantly shorter than that in the deadline group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early microsurgery for patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding can improve the treatment effect,improve their health after treatment,and shorten the patient’s hospitalization and recovery time.
