不同时间服用清肠药对结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量、患者依从性及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的分析清肠药物在不同时间段服用对结肠镜检查肠道准备质量、患者依从性及不良反应的影响。方法选择2019年9月至2019年10月于我院接受结肠镜检查的患者共180例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,两组均用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(PEG)分次服用作为清肠剂进行肠道准备,观察组于检查当日分次服用,对照组于检查前晚及当日分次服用。比较两组肠道准备质量、检查依从性及不良反应。结果观察组肠道清洁质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05),检查依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论检查当日分次服用清肠药较检查前晚及当日分次服用可取得更好肠道准备效果及依从性,二者不良反应无显著差异。Objective Analyze the effects of intestinal cleansing drugs taken at different time periods on the quality of bowel preparation,patient compliance and adverse reactions for colonoscopy.Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Both groups were treated with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(PEG)was taken in divided doses as an intestinal cleanser for bowel preparation.The observation group was taken in divided doses on the day of the examination,and the control group was taken in divided doses the night before and on the day of the examination.The quality of bowel preparation,inspection compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of intestinal cleansing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the compliance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Divided intestinal cleansing drugs on the day of the examination can achieve better bowel preparation effects and compliance than the night before and on the day of the examination.There is no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups.
