马来酸曲美布丁联合布拉酵母菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸曲美布丁联合布拉酵母菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法纳入我院40例2017年6月至2019年2月腹泻型肠易激综合征患者。随机数字表分组,马来酸曲美布丁治疗组采取马来酸曲美布丁治疗,马来酸曲美布丁联合布拉酵母菌组则采取马来酸曲美布丁联合布拉酵母菌治疗。比较两组疗效。结果马来酸曲美布丁联合布拉酵母菌组总有效率高于马来酸曲美布丁组,症状积分以、生活质量QOL量表、平均止泻的时间、每日腹泻的平均次数、出现急性应激的次数、不良反应发生率均少于马来酸曲美布丁组,均P<0.05。结论马来酸曲美布丁的应用结合布拉酵母菌对于腹泻型肠易激综合征可获得较高的疗效,有利于疗程的缩短,促使患者预后以及生活质量均得以提升。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimebutine maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Forty patients with diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome from June 2017 to February 2019 were included.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:trimebutin maleate treatment group was treated with trimebutin maleate,trimebutin maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae group was treated with trimebutin maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae.Results The patients treated with trimeptin maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae had faster antidiarrhoea,less diarrhea and less stress(P<0.05).The curative effect level of trimebutine maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae group was significantly higher than that of single treatment group,the symptom score was significantly lower than that of single treatment group,the QOL score of quality of life scale was significantly higher than that of single treatment group,and the adverse reactions were less than those of trimebutin maleate treatment group.Conclusion The application of trimepudine maleate combined with saccharomyces cerevisiae is effective in the treatment of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome,which is beneficial to shorten the course of treatment and improve the prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
