摘  要:医疗质量是医院发展的核心,利用人工智能技术将集成循证医学知识库的临床决策支持系统无缝嵌入电子病历系统,智能解析患者病历,对疾病进行早期识别与预警,对医疗过程行为与医生病历书写过程中的缺陷内容进行事中实时、全程干预。并根据系统数据分析,实时监测临床诊疗情况及病历书写规范情况,为医疗质量、病案质量持续改进提供客观依据。通过将医疗质量控制关口前移至临床端,完善环节质量控制手段,抓好终末质量评价,提升以病种为基础的质量管理水平,提高病案首页和病历内涵质量,切实改变质量控制模式,构建疾病诊治与质控闭环管理,为医院质量管理提质增效。Medical quality is the core of hospital development.The clinical decision support system integrated with evidence-based medicine knowledge base is seamlessly embedded into the electronic medical record system by using artificial intelligence technology.It can intelligently analyze the patient’s medical record,carry out early recognition and early warning of disease,and intervene the medical process behavior and the defect content in the writing process of medical record.According to the system data analysis,real-time monitoring of clinical diagnosis and treatment and the standard of medical record writing can provide objective basis for continuous improvement of medical quality and medical record quality.By moving the key point of medical quality management and control to the clinical end,improving the quality control means of links,paying attention to the final quality evaluation,improving the quality management level of diagnosis and treatment process based on the disease type,improving the quality of the front page and connotation of medical records,effectively changing the quality control mode,constructing the closed-loop management of disease diagnosis and treatment and quality control,the connotation quality and science of the hospital,the hospital quality management and efficiency are improved.
