摘  要:目的制定适合于地市级公立医院的人才选拔、培养和考核体系,构建"雁阵"式人才梯队。方法在充分调研其他公立医院人才管理制度,广泛查阅相关文献和参考资料,深入征求各领域专家意见的基础上,制定地市级公立医院"雁阵"式人才梯队的选拔、培养和考核体系。结果成功制定了一套由学科带头人、后备学科带头人和青年拔尖人才组成的"雁阵"式人才管理模式,建立了与之对应的评价指标细则。结论构建"雁阵"式人才梯队的管理模式切实可行,对推动医院和专学科的发展具有重要意义。Objective To establishment of a suitable talent selection,training and assessment system for prefecture-level public hospitals,and build a"wild goose"talent echelon.Methods On the basis of fully investigating the talent management system of other public hospitals,reviewing the relevant literature and reference materials,and consulting experts in various fields,the selecting,training and evaluating of the"wild goose"talent echelon system in prefectural public hospitals is formulated.Result A set of"wild goose"talent management model consisting of subject leader,reserve subject leader and young talent is successfully formulated and established,the corresponding evaluation index rules are constructed.Conclusion It is practicable to construct the management mode of"wild goose"talent echelon,which is of great significance to promote the development of hospitals.
