摘 要:目的:比较两种不同材料种植体治疗糖尿病患者牙列缺损的临床效果及不良反应。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月本院口腔科收治的80例牙列缺损且患有糖尿病的患者。应用随机数字表法将80例患者分为纯钛种植体组和钛合金种植体组,各40例。将钛合金种植体植入钛合金种植体组患者的种植窝内,将纯钛种植体植入纯钛种植体组患者的种植窝内。术后随访6个月,观察两组治疗效果、种植术周围炎发生情况、探测深度、骨整合度和骨丧失深度、牙咬合度。结果:钛合金种植体组的治疗总有效率、咬合力均高于纯钛种植体组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钛合金种植体组的SBI、PLI、PD及DSB、BGP、AKP均较纯钛种植体组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。钛合金种植体组种植体周围炎发生率为15.0%,低于纯钛种植体组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钛合金种植体相比于纯钛种植体不仅具有优良的力学性能及耐磨性能,还能有效降低种植体周围炎的发生率,增加骨整合度,提高种植牙成功率,应大力度推广使用。Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two different materials implants in the treatment of diabetic dentition defects.Method:Eighty patients with dental defects and diabetes who were admitted to the department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.80 patients were divided into pure titanium implant group and titanium alloy implant group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.Titanium alloy implants were implanted into the implant socket of patients in titanium alloy implant group,and pure titanium implants were implanted into the implant socket of patients in pure titanium implant group.Follow-up for 6 months after surgery,treatment effect,incidence of peri-implantation inflammation,detection depth,osseointegration and bone loss depth,occlusal degree were observed in the two groups.Result:The total effective rate and bite force of titanium alloy implant group were higher than those of pure titanium implant group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).SBI,PLI,PD,DSB,BGP and AKP in titanium alloy implant group were lower than those in pure titanium implant group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of peri-implant inflammation in titanium alloy implant group was 15.0%,lower than 37.5% in pure titanium implant group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Titanium alloy implants,compared with pure titanium implants,not only have excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of peri-implant inflammation,increase the degree of bone integration,improve the success rate of implants,and should be widely used.
