摘　　要：以宁波电大经济管理学院开放教育网络教学团队建设为例,分析宁波电大开放教育网络教学团队建设的必要性,剖析宁波电大开放教育网络教学团队建设的影响因素,并在此基础上提出了开放教育网络教学团队的建设对策。Taking the network teaching team construction in the School of Economics and Management,Ningbo Radio&TV University as an example,this paper analyses the necessity of constructing the network teaching teams in the university,dissects the factors influencing the construction,and on this basis raises the constructive countermeasures for the network teaching teams in Open Education.
