摘　　要：班主任工作在大学生培养体系中起着重要的作用。为了满足工程教育专业认证对学生培养工作提出的新要求,大学班主任工作需要从思想认识到实际工作进行相应的转变和适当的调整,以适应新的人才培养模式。为了满足工程教育专业认证的新需求,大学班主任可以从工作能力提升和专业认证知识培训等方面提升自身的专业素养,结合学生培养方案,在学生大学规划、学习习惯培养、班级管理和学生成长等方面进行工作内容的转变。The work of class teachers plays an important role in the training system of college students.In order to meet the new requirements for student training under the background of the professional certification for engineering education,college class teachers needs to realize the actual work and make corresponding changes and appropriate adjustments,in order to adapt to the new talent training model.Facing new demands,college class teachers should improve their professional competencies in terms of work ability improvement and professional certification knowledge training.Combined with student training programs,they can change the content of the work through the planning of students'college life,the development of students'learning habits,class management and student growth,so as to meet the new demands of professional certification for engineering education.
