摘　　要：《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出并启动了"学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书"(简称"1+X"证书)制度。该文探索了基于政策背景下的物流管理专业建设,促进了"1+X"证书制度与物流管理专业的有效融合,提高了学生的职业素养和技能水平,提升了物流管理人才的培养质量,增强了学生的就业创业本领,缓解了结构性就业矛盾。The"National Plan for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform"proposed and launched the"Education Certificate+Several Vocational Skill Level Certificates"(abbreviated as"1+X"certificate)system to explore the construction of the logistics management major based on the policy background,in order to promote the effectiveness of 1+X Integration,improve the professional quality and skill level of students,improve the training quality of logistics management talents,expand students'employment and entrepreneurship skills,and ease structural employment contradictions.
