摘 要:本试验旨在探讨日粮添加酒糟和豆腐渣对公山羊生长和屠宰性能以及肉质的影响,以评估这两种原料在公山羊上的饲用价值。选择54只初始平均体重为(13.28±3.23)kg的公山羊,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头羊,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组日粮分别添加20%酒糟和豆腐渣,试验时间为12个月。结果:试验期间,对照组、酒糟组和豆腐渣组各阶段的体重、体长、胸围和臀围均无显著差异(P>0.05)。对照组和豆腐渣组血清甘油三酯浓度较酒糟组显著提高了80.45%和113.41%(P<0.05),而豆腐渣组血清磷脂浓度较对照组和酒糟组分别提高了80.57%和95.29%(P<0.05)。对照组肉重较豆腐渣显著提高了13.87%(P<0.05),酒糟组肌肉蒸煮损失较对照组显著提高了6.27%(P<0.05),豆腐渣组肌肉压缩肉汁比较对照组显著提高了11.08%(P<0.05)。各组公羊眼肌饱和脂肪酸和不饱和脂肪酸含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,酒糟和豆腐渣可作为生长期内公山羊的饲料原料,对其生长和肉质无负面影响。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary addition of distillery grains and bean curd residue on the growth,slaughtering performance and meat quality of male goats,so as to evaluate the feeding value of these two materials on male goats.54 male goats with an initial average weight of(13.28±3.23)kg were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates in each group and 6 sheep in each replicate.The experiment lasted for 12 months.Results:during the experiment,there was no significant difference in body weight,body length,chest circumference and hip circumference between the control group,the distiller’s grains group and the bean tofu residue group(P>0.05).The plasma triglyceride concentrations in the control group and the bean curd residue group were significantly increased by 80.45%and 113.41%(P<0.05),while the plasma phospholipid concentrations in the bean curd residue group were significantly increased by 80.57%and 95.29%(P<0.05),respectively.Compared with the control group,the meat weight of the control group was significantly increased by 13.87%(P<0.05),the muscle cooking loss of the distiller’s grains group was significantly increased by 6.27%(P<0.05),and the muscle compressed gravy of the tofu residue group was significantly increased by 11.08%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contents of saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:under the condition of this experiment,the distillers’grains and bean curd residue can be used as the feed material of male goats in the growing period without negative effects on their growth and meat quality.
