摘  要:根据《铁路货车厂修规程》(铁运〔2018〕203号),装用单位须对产品摩擦系数进行每批抽取6件试样(首次试验为2件,另4件为备用试样)。产品不合格可加倍复检,仍有不合格,该批产品不得装车使用要求。基于此,研制一种采用先进的伺服电机技术、升降机技术和模块化设计,设备夹紧装置采用杠杆随动式结构的磨耗板摩擦系数测量机,以满足铁路车辆磨耗板的摩擦系数测量,为车辆段进行样品抽检提供有效依据,提高铁路货车厂修的检修效率与质量,确保行车安全。According to the regulations for factory repair of railway freight cars〔2018〕No.203 of State Railway Corporation,the installation unit must take six samples for each batch of products(two for the first test,and the other four for spare samples).If the products are unqualified,double inspection can be conducted.If there are still unqualified products,the batch of products shall not be loaded for use.In this paper,an advanced servo motor technology,elevator technology and modular design are adopted.The friction coefficient measuring machine with lever follow-up structure is used for equipment clamping device,so as to meet the friction coefficient measurement of railway vehicle wear plate,provide effective basis for sample sampling inspection of rolling stock depot,improve the maintenance efficiency and quality of railway freight car factory repair,and ensure traffic safety.
