摘  要:在敏捷制造的背景下,以医疗器械制造企业为研究对象,运用工业工程改善思想,结合ERP、TOC计划与控制理论等相关知识,针对所研究公司延误交货、生产不均衡和资源利用率低等情况,对其生产计划与调度体系流程进行分析和改善,建立基于ERP与TOC集成的敏捷制造计划与控制系统体系结构,改进了企业的生产系统和排产方式。针对控拍工序,构建了瓶颈工序符合均衡生产和准时交付两个目标的作业计划排程模型,并设计了改进的遗传算法对问题进行求解。研究结果表明,构建敏捷制造计划与控制系统体系对公司的生产效率有了明显改善。This article is oriented to medical device manufacturing companies with the agile manufacturing environment,using industrial engineering improvement ideas,combining with related knowledge such as ERP,TOC,planning and control theory,and focusing on the delayed delivery,unbalanced production and low resource utilization of the studied company.Using the above methods to analyze and improve its production planning and scheduling system process,we establish an agile manufacturing planning and control system architecture based on the integration of ERP and TOC,and improve the production system and scheduling methods of the enterprise.For the controlling process,the bottleneck process of the job planning and scheduling model that meets goals of balanced production and on-time delivery is constructed,and an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.The research results show that the construction of agile manufacturing planning and control system has significantly improved the company’s production efficiency.
