摘  要:目的探讨军校学员队干部德行领导风格(以下简称德行领导)与学员安全感、自我接纳、团体信任的关系。方法采用家长式领导风格问卷德行领导分量表、自我接纳问卷(The Self Acceptance Questionnaire,SAQ)、安全感量表(Security Questionnaire,SQ)、作战部队基层单位信任量表、对某武警部队院校520名军校学员进行测量调查。结果(1)德行领导与学员安全感、自我接纳、团体信任均呈显著正相关(r=0.28,r=0.25,r=0.43,P<0.01)。(2)德行领导和自我接纳通过团体信任的部分中介作用间接影响安全感。(3)德行领导依次通过自我接纳、团体信任的链式中介作用对学员安全感产生间接影响。结论德行领导能够有效提升学员安全感、自我接纳、团体信任水平,自我接纳和团体信任在德行领导和学员安全感的影响中起链式中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship between the moral leadership style of cadet cadres(hereinafter referred to as ethical leadership)and the students'sense of security,self-acceptance,and group trust.Methods Adopted the ethical leadership subscale of the Patriarchal Leadership Style Questionnaire,the Self Acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ),the Security Questionnaire(SQ),the trust scale of the grassroots units of combat troops,and a certain armed police force academy 520 military academy cadets conducted survey surveys.Results(1)Virtue leadership was significantly positively correlated with students'sense of security,self-acceptance,and group trust(r=0.28,r=0.25,r=0.43,P<0.01).(2)Virtue leadership and self-acceptance indirectly affect the sense of security through part of the mediating role of group trust.(3)Virtue leaders in turn have an indirect impact on the students'sense of security through the chain-like intermediary of self-acceptance and group trust.Conclusions Virtue leadership can effectively improve students'sense of security,selfacceptance,and group trust.Self-acceptance and group trust play a chain-like intermediary role in the influence of moral leadership and students'sense of security.
