摘 要:物联网被视为继互联网之后的又一次世界信息技术产业革命,众多企业都希望通过商业生态系统建立庞大的物联网生态体系,实现高速扩张和增长。本文选择构建了全球最大消费级物联网平台的小米公司,通过深入产品层面的微观视角探究其生态系统的演化路径与策略,解构小米“竹林生态”的内部交互机理,关注其“生态反哺”功能的实现过程,最终描绘出小米物联网生态系统的生态图谱以及演化机构,总结出发展过程中的关键因素,以期为其他企业提供关于商业模式、演化策略、动态能力等方面的指导建议。The Internet of Things is regarded as another revolution in the world's information technology industry after the Internet.Many companies hope to establish a huge Internet of Things ecosystem through the business ecosystem to achieve rapid expansion and growth.This article selected Xiaomi,which had built the world's largest consumer-level Internet of Things platform,explored the evolution path and strategy of its ecosystem through a micro perspective at the product level,deconstructed the internal interaction mechanism of Xiaomi's"bamboo forest ecology",and paid attention to its realization process of"ecological feedback"function.Finally,it depicted the ecological map and evolution mechanism of Xiaomi Internet of Things ecosystem,and summarized the key factors in the development process,in order to provide other companies with guidance and suggestions on business models,evolution strategies,and dynamic capabilities.
