摘  要:为分析曲柄摇杆式红枣捡拾机构的作业过程,建立了挑果杆与机具前进复合而成的类余摆线轨迹运动学模型,研究了曲柄摇杆机构参数、捡拾前进速度对类余摆线轨迹的影响规律。同时建立了曲柄摇杆机构参数优化数学模型,以挑果杆能产生后抛作用的有效工作行程越长,且水平分速度越大对红枣的后抛作用越大为优化目标,利用MATLAB软件对捡拾机构进行了两次参数优化,获得了一组结构和工作参数较优值。结果表明,优化获得曲柄摇杆式红枣捡拾机构,当曲柄转速为60r/min、机具前进速度为150mm/s时,能实现红枣捡拾的铲起和抛送条件,且能避免红枣漏检区和减少重复捡拾区。In order to analyze the working performance of crank and rocker picking up mechanism of red jujube,a kinematic model of similar trochoid trajectory was established,which was composed of the movement of picking rod and the advance of machine.The influence of crank and rocker mechanism parameters and pick-up speed on the similar trochoid trajectory was studied.At the same time,the mathematical model for parameter optimization of crank and rocker picking mechanism of jujube was established.The longer the effective working stroke and the greater the horizontal velocity of the fruit picking rod,the more the backward throwing effect of red jujube.The picking mechanism was optimized twice by using MATLAB program,and a group of optimum values of structure and working parameters were obtained.The results showed that,when the speed of crank was 60 r/min and the speed of the machine was 150 mm/s,the condition of shovel and throwing can be realized,and the missing area of red jujube can be avoided and the repeated picking area can be reduced.
