摘  要:针对同步带负载模拟器建模时需对驱动电机进行建模,而常规同步带传动建模忽略电机驱动部分,导致模型不完整问题,提出了一种基于负载模拟器的同步带传动模型。利用Matlab平台构建永磁同步电机(PMSM)控制系统,产生驱动同步带模型的负载转矩序列,解决同步带负载模拟器建模时忽略电机模型问题,然后基于典型双惯量系统原理将PMSM控制系统和利用SoildWorks和Adams平台建立的同步带传动基本模型相连接,构建电机传动同步带的优化模型,最后,在高、低速两种工况下对优化模型、物理样机的启动过程进行多次测试。实验结果表明:该优化模型具有较高精度,二者启动曲线的超调量最大偏差仅为4%,调节时间最大偏差仅为0.27s,满足负载模拟器设计所需。For the synchronous load simulator,only the synchronous belt model is considered when modeling,and the motor driving the synchronous belt is ignored,resulting in incomplete model,It presents a synchronous belt drive model based on load simulator.Matlab platform is used to build PMSM control system,which generates load torque sequences that drive the synchronous belt model,and solve the problem of ignoring the motor model when modeling synchronous load simulator.Then based on the principle of typical two-inertia system,PMSM control system is connected with the basic synchronous belt model established by using SoildWorks and Adams platform,and the optimized model of motor drive synchronous belt is constructed.Finally,the starting process of optimization model and physical prototype was tested several times at high and low speed.The result shows the established optimization model is of high precision.The maximum deviation of overshoot of the two startup curves is only 4%,and the maximum deviation of adjustment time is only 0.27 s.
