摘  要:高速列车轮对的装配质量直接影响到列车的导向、走行、承载、制动等多方面的性能,而轮对零部件的选配质量是轮对装配质量的重要组成部分。为了提高选配的质量,需要同时考虑装配体配合处以及零部件的质量损失,此外轮对的装配率也需要得到保证。提出一种高速列车轮对选配优化方法,采用质量损失函数与装配率建立选配数学模型,使用改进的粒子群算法来解决轮对选配优化问题,从而能够一次性得到有较高的装配率与选配质量的多个轮对。通过实例证明了该方法的有效性。Assembly quality of the wheelsets directly affects the guiding quality,running performance,carrying capacity and braking ability of the high-speed train.Selection quality of wheelsets’parts is an important part of it.In order to improve selection quality,mass loss of assemblies and parts should be considered simultaneously.In addition,assemble rate of wheelsets also need to be guaranteed.It presents an optimization method of the selective assembly about high-speed train wheelsets.This method set up a mathematical model by synthesizing quality loss function and assemble rate.An improved PSO algorithm is presented to solve optimization problem of selective assembly of wheelsets.It can get many wheelsets which have higher assemble rates and selection quality at one time.The validity of the method is proved by an example.
