摘 要:目的:评估不同清洁方法对二氧化锆陶瓷粘接强度的影响。方法:制作120个二氧化锆陶瓷片。根据清洁方法不同分成5组(n=24),未污染组、唾液污染后分别用75%乙醇、Ivoclean、椅旁喷砂和1%次氯酸钠处理组。扫描陶瓷表面元素含量及观察表面形貌。测得所有粘接试件冷热循环前后的剪切强度。结果:75%乙醇组的剪切强度冷热循环前后均明显低于其余各组(P<0.05)。冷热循环后1%NaOCl的剪切强度显著高于75%乙醇组的剪切强度,但低于对照组、Ivoclean组和椅旁喷砂组。结论:椅旁喷砂和Ivoclean清洁剂能保持二氧化锆陶瓷粘接强度,有效地去除唾液污染物。Objective:To evaluate the effects of different cleaning methods on shearing bonding strength of zirconia ceramics.Methods:120 zirconium dioxide ceramic chips were prepared and divided into 5 groups(n=24)and treated by uncontamination,saliva contamination followed by 75%ethanol,Ivoclean,chairside sandblasting and 1%sodium hypochlorite respectively.The elemental components scanning and surface morphology observation of the ceramic surface was conducted.The shear strength of all the bonded test specimens were measured before and after thermal cycling.Results:The shearing bond strength of the 75%ethanol group was significantly lower than that of the other groups both before and after the thermal cycling(P<0.05).After the thermal cycling,the shear strength of the 1%sodium hypochlorite group was significantly higher than that of the 75%ethanol group,but lower than that of the control group,Ivoclean group and the chairside sandblasting group.Conclusion:Chairside sandblasting and Ivoclean can keep the shearing bonding strength and can effectively remove saliva contamination.
