摘 要:目的:应用物理方法研究髓石的理化特性。方法:通过立体显微镜、X射线成像、X射线荧光和X射线衍射等方法,测定髓石、健康牙本质和肾结石的理化特性,进行数据分析和比较。结果:髓石是均质的实体结构,其晶体结构主要是羟基磷灰石。髓石中含量较多的元素是钙、锌、铜、磷等,其中钙含量最多。髓石的结构和化学组成与健康牙本质和肾结石相似,但元素组成比例有差异。结论:髓石和牙本质来源最为相似,也有可能与肾结石有相似的钙化过程。Objective:To study the physicochemical feature of pulp stone.Methods:Physicochemical properties of pulp stone,dentin and kidney stone were examined by optical microscope,X-ray radiograph,X-ray fluorescence analysis and X-ray diffraction,data were compared among groups.Results:Pulp stone showed hydroxyapatite crystal with homogeneou entity.There were many chemical elements including calcium,zinc,cuprum,phosphorus and so on in pulp stone,similar to shose of dentin and kidney stone,but the content ratio of chemical elements was different.Conclusion:Pulp stone has analogous occurrence mechanism with dentin,and it may has similar development process and calcification with kidney stone.
