摘　　要：目的:分析骨性Ⅲ类不同垂直骨面型成人患者上颌后牙的颊腭向倾斜度和牙槽骨厚度的差异。方法:纳入未经治疗成人患者的CBCT资料54例。分为高角组(20例)、均角组(17例)和低角组(17例)。用Invivo Dental 5.2软件获取测量截面,测量上颌右侧后牙的颊舌向倾斜角度和其颊舌侧牙槽骨厚度。结果:上颌右侧后牙牙根多数位点表现出高角组牙槽骨厚度小于低角组(P<0.05);在上颌右侧后牙区各牙位均表现出高角组比均角组和低角组更加颊倾(P<0.05)。结论:与低角型相比,高角型上颌后牙的颊腭侧牙槽骨较薄,高角型患者上颌后牙更加颊倾。Objective:To study the differences of inclination of maxillary posterior teeth and alveolar bone thickness in adult patients with osseous typeⅢand with different vertical bone face types.Methods:54 cases of CBCT data from untreated adult patients were divided into high-angle group(20 cases),average-angle group(17 cases)and low-angle group(17 cases).The measurement sections were acquired with Invivo Dental 5.2 software,and the bucco-lingual tilting angle of the maxillary right posterior teeth and the bucco-lingual alveolar bone thickness were measured.Results:Most of maxillary right posterior teeth showed that the alveolar bone thickness in the high-angle group was thinner than that in the low-angle group(P<0.05),and showed more buccal inclination in higher-angle group than in mean-angle group and low-angle group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the low-angle type,the buccal alveolar bone of maxillary posterior teeth of the high-angle type is thinner and with more buccal tilt.
