摘　　要：目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在成釉细胞瘤中的表达及临床意义。方法:纳入60例成釉细胞瘤作为实验组,10例正常口腔牙龈黏膜组织作为对照组,运用免疫组织化学SP法技术检测OPN表达情况。结果:滤泡型成釉细胞瘤上皮细胞的细胞核、星网状层细胞和瘤周基质呈OPN阳性;在丛状型成釉细胞瘤中的肿瘤上皮细胞核和肿瘤间的结缔组织呈阳性;单囊型成釉细胞瘤中的瘤体细胞的细胞核和瘤周基质呈阳性。口腔牙龈黏膜中OPN呈弱表达,实验组OPN表达高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:OPN在成釉细胞瘤中高表达,可能参与成釉细胞瘤的发生发展过程。Objective:To investigate osteopontin(OPN)expression and its significance of osteopontin in human ameloblastoma.Methods:60 patients with ameloblastomas were included and 10 cases of normal oral gingival epithelial were used as the controls.The expression of OPN was detected by immunohistochemistry SP method.Results:In the follicular ameloblastomas,the expression was found in the nucleus,stellate reticulum cells and peritumoral stromal cells.In plexiform ameloblastomas,OPN was found in tumor epithelium and the connective tissue.In unicystic ameloblastomas OPN was found in the nucleus and peritumoral stromal cells.In normal oral gingival mucosal tissues OPN expression was mild.Conclusion:OPN is highly expressed in ameloblastomas,it may play a role in the development of ameloblastoma.
