摘　　要：目的:观察应用保留口角轴唇颊瓣修复下唇缺损的临床效果。方法:对13例因肿瘤手术切除或外伤导致的下唇缺损应用保留口角轴唇颊瓣修复,全部病例下唇缺损均超过下唇1/3,缺损最大者达下唇2/3,术后12月随访,观察修复后下唇的形态和功能恢复情况。结果:1例患者中线处伤口裂开,其余12例患者均未出现感染、伤口裂开等局部并发症,12个月后患者下唇外形和功能恢复良好,无明显口哨样畸形、小口畸形、前庭沟积存食物、流涎液等不良情况。结论:应用保留口角轴唇颊瓣修复下唇缺损更有利于恢复下唇的形态和功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of repair of lower lip defect by preserving the modiolus using labial and buccal tissue flap.Methods:Lower lip defects in 13 cases caused by tumor resection or trauma were repaired preserving the modioulus using labial and buccal flaps.The defects of lower lip in all cases exceeded 1/3 of lower lip,and the largest defect reached 2/3 of the lower lip.The patients were followed up for 12 month.Results:Wound dehiscence was noted in 1 case,the other 12 patients had no local complications such as infection and wound dehiscence,and the shape and function of the lower lip recovered well in 12 months after operation.Conclusion:Lip and buccal tissue flap of the oral horn axis is effective in the repair of the lower lip defect for the restoration of the shape and function of the lower lip.
