摘　　要：目的:对比3D打印技术与传统修复技术在前牙美学修复的临床效果。方法:需行前牙美学修复的患者15例,随机分为3D打印组(7例,共36颗前牙),传统修复组(8例,共35颗前牙)。3D打印组制作冠延长导板指导冠延长术后佩戴3D打印的临时冠,传统组行冠延长术后制作传统临时冠,并在佩戴4周、3个月、6个月后进行门诊随访,从继发龋、边缘适合性、外形、颜色等方面对临床效果进行评价。结果:纳入的71颗前牙中,3D打印修复组患者对修复效果一致满意。在佩戴临时冠4周、3个月、6个月门诊随访可见3D打印组在修复体完整性、术后敏感、牙龈反应和近中龈乳头、远中龈乳头等牙龈塑型效果优于传统修复组。结论:应用数字化指导前牙美学修复,能够提高修复效果,获得更好的患者满意度。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of 3 D printing technique and traditional restoration technique in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods:15 patients were included and randomly divided into 3 D printing group(7 cases,36 anterior teeth)and traditional restoration group(8 cases,35 anterior teeth).In the 3 D printing group,the crown extension guide plate was made and used to guide crown extension surgery,then 3 D printed temporary crowns were used by the patients.In the traditional group temporary crowns were given to the patients after crown lengthening operation.The patients were followed up for 4 weeks,3 and 6 months.The clinical effects were evaluated in terms of secondary caries,marginal fitness,shape and color of the teeth.Results:The patients in the 3 D printing group was satisfied with the restoration effects.The effects of 3 D printing group on restoration integrity,postoperative sensitivity,gingival reaction and gingival plasticization of near-middle gingival papilla and far-middle gingival papilla were better than those of traditional restoration group.Conclusion:The application of digital guidance in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth can improve the restoration effects and obtain better patient satisfaction.
