上前牙区微种植支抗矫治成人内倾型深覆[牙合]机制的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨在上前牙区使用微种植体支抗压低、唇倾上前牙治疗成人内倾型深覆的临床效果及矫治机理。方法:选择成人内倾型深覆患者28例,分为种植钉组(A)16例和摇椅弓组(B)12例。治疗前后拍摄CBCT比较上前牙及周围软硬组织的变化。结果:种植钉组和摇椅弓组真性压低量分别为(0.70±1.45)mm和(0.21±0.61)mm(P=0.036),切缘点压低量(1.49±1.98)mm和(0.27±0.71)mm(P=0.001)。切缘点唇向移动量,切牙唇倾度增加量种植体组均大于摇椅弓组。结论:微种植体支抗能实现上颌前牙的真性压低同时唇倾,获得明显的临床效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effects and mechanism of orthodontic treatment for ClassⅡDivision 2 with miniscrew.Methods:28 adult patients with retroclined maxillary incisors and deep overbite were treated with miniscrew(group A,n=16)and rocking-chair archwire(group B,n=12)respectively.The changes of upper incisors and surrounding tissues of the subjects were compared by CBCT.Results:In group A and B,the incisors were truly intruded by(0.70±1.45)mm and(0.21±0.61)mm(P=0.036).The edge of upper incisors were intruded by(1.49±1.98)mm and(0.27±0.71)mm(P=0.001)respectively.The labial movement of the edge of upper incisors and the increase of inclination of upper incisors in group A were more than in group B(P<0.01).Conclusion:In the maxillary anterior region,miniscrew can simultaneously intrude and labially incline of upper incisors.
