黎氏管负压冲洗在颌面部多间隙感染治疗中的应用

摘　　要：对34例口腔颌面部多间隙感染患者采用小切口切开引流、术中放置黎氏管,术后持续负压引流和冲洗。采用VAS疼痛评分法评价患者的疼痛程度,统计创口愈合时间及愈合后创口瘢痕大小。结果显示黎氏管持续负压引流和冲洗操作方便,住院周期短,患者痛苦少,切口隐蔽,具有良好的临床应用价值。34 patients underwent micro-incision and assisted by vacuum sealing drainage and irrigation,the Li’s tube was placed during operation and irrigated constantly after operation.The VAS pain score was used to score the pain before,during and after treatment.The wound healing time and the scar size of the wound after healing were recorded.It is concluded that vacuum sealing drainage and irrigation with Li’s tube has the advantages of convenience,shortening the hospitalization time,reducing the pain of the patients,and concealing the incision without affecting the appearance,and is effective in the treatment of multi-space infection in oral and maxillofacial region.
