摘　　要：为了使压力容器在确保安全的前提下达到设计先进、结构合理、易于制造、使用可靠和造价经济等目的,对压力容器水压泄漏检测系统进行了设计。以西门子S7-200 PLC和西门子TP1200 12寸触摸屏为硬件核心,配以液压泵、压力传感器、气动阀、隔膜泵、按钮、指示灯及中间继电器等器件,实现了水冷螺杆空调蒸发器水压泄漏检测系统的控制。In order to make the pressure vessel advanced in design,reasonable in structure,easy to manufacture,reliable in use and economical in cost under the premise of ensuring safety,the pressure vessel leak detection system is designed in this paper.In this paper,Siemens S7-200 PLC and Siemens tp120012-inch touch screen as the hardware core,with hydraulic pump,pressure sensor,pneumatic valve,diaphragm pump,button,indicator lamp and intermediate relay,etc.,solution of water pressure leakage detection and control system for water-cooled screw air conditioner evaporator.
