工业机器人视角下制造业的发展探析

摘　　要：分析了突发公共卫生事件对制造业的影响,提出了利用工业机器人加速数字化和智能化的进程,实现制造业快速转产,提高生产效率,解决用人危机等方面的问题。工业机器人作为生产制造业发展的执行终端,其发展趋势和速度直接影响制造业的转型速度。目前工业机器人主要向着人机协作、人工智能、新工业用户、数字化、轻型化五个方向发展。工业机器人的数字化发展可提高生产作业的自动化率,加速实现企业的无人化生产;工业机器人的智能化发展主要体现在实现自主监测产品质量、机器人设备故障的报警与自主处理、根据市场数据执行生产计划等,可有效提高制造业的生产产能和工作效率,加速制造业的转型升级。Analyzed the impact of public health emergencies on the manufacturing industry,and proposed the use of industrial robots to accelerate the process of digitization and intelligence,realize rapid conversion of manufacturing,improve production efficiency,and solve problems such as recruitment crisis.As the executive terminal of manufacturing industry,the development trend and speed of industrial robot directly affect the speed of transformation of manufacturing industry.At present,the development trend of industrial robots is mainly in the direction of human-computer cooperation,artificial intelligence,new industrial users,digitization and lightness.The digital development of industrial robots can increase the automation rate of production operations and accelerate the realization of unmanned production of enterprises.The intelligent development of industrial robots is mainly reflected in the realization of independent monitoring of product quality,alarm and autonomous processing of robot equipment failures,and execution of production plans based on market data,which can effectively improve the production capacity and work efficiency of the manufacturing industry,and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
