摘　　要：新《档案法》的广泛宣传和贯彻落实将会对档案专业人员的职业发展产生重要影响。在新《档案法》的规制下,档案专业人员在职业内容层面需重视档案科技研究工作;在职业身份层面需有效强化国际化身份和专家化身份;在职业技能层面需熟练掌握线上工作技能,以此实现职业进阶。The extensive publicity and implementation of the new"Archives Law"will have an important impact on the professional development of archives professionals.Under the regulation of the new"Archives Law",archives professionals should pay attention to the research work of archival science and technology at the level of professional content,strengthen their international and expert identity effectively at the level of professional identity,and master the online work skills at the level of vocational skills,so as to achieve career advancement.
