摘　　要：互联网诊疗系统作为智慧医院的重要载体,在优化就医流程、提升服务效率和畅通医患沟通等方面的作用日益凸显。北京医院围绕就医场景,以线上线下全流程智慧就医为目标,采取“医院+互联网”的建设模式,开展一体化互联网诊疗服务建设。本研究着重介绍了医院互联网诊疗系统的架构和功能设计,以及在分期建设和运行管理方面的做法及应用效果,探讨了互联网诊疗系统建设面临的问题和相应的对策,为互联网诊疗系统更好地发展和线上线下渠道融合创新提供参考。Internet medical system is an important carrier of the smart hospital.It plays an increasingly prominent role in optimizing medical treatment process,improving service efficiency,and facilitating doctor-patient communication.Centering on the scene of medical treatment,Beijing Hospital adopts the mode of "hospital + Internet" to carry out the construction of integrated Internet medical system with the goal of online and offline intelligent doctor visiting.This paper introduces the design of the Internet medical system in terms of mode structure and function,as well as the practice and effect in the construction and operation management,discusses the problems faced and relevant countermeasures.It proposes a new model for the integration of online and offline channels and provides a reference for the better development of the Internet medical system.
