摘　　要：按照苏州市健康市民"531"行动计划的建设要求,2016年,苏州市正式启动智慧急救及重点5大专科中心信息化项目建设。通过信息平台的建设,并充分运用物联网、云平台、移动互联网等技术手段,实现了院前急救、院内急诊抢救,以及胸痛中心、卒中中心、创伤中心、危重孕产妇救治中心和危重新生儿救治中心5大专科中心之间的协同救治,形成了区域急救和专科协同的救治体系。通过一体化信息系统无缝对接,实现了院前、院内救治数据的实时共享和互联互通,有效地缩短了救治时间,显著提高了急救急诊的救治能力和效率。According to construction requirement of Suzhou Healthy Citizens ‘531’ Project,Suzhou initiated informatization construction of intelligent emergency care and Five Specialized Centers in 2016.Taking full advantage of technologies such as IoT,Cloud Platform and Mobile Internet,the information platform realized collaboration treatment of pre-hospital,inside hospital first-aid and five specialized centers which include Chest Pain Center,Stroke Center,Trauma Center,Critical Maternal Treatment Center and Critical Neonatal Treatment Center.A system of regional first-aid and specialized cooperative treatment has been formed.Through seamless connected and integrated information system,it has realized real-time sharing and interconnection of pre-hospital and in-hospital treatment data,shorten the treatment time effectively,significantly improve the ability and efficiency of emergency treatment.
