摘  要:为了节省坦克故障维修的高昂成本,减少对坦克维护的人力、物力多余的投入,提高坦克性能可靠性,提出了一种新型坦克火控系统健康状态评估和剩余寿命预测方法。以某型坦克火控系统的火控计算机与传感器分系统为研究对象,使用邻域粗糙集算法对火控计算机的性能参数进行属性约简,选出重要度最高的性能指标,再通过支持向量数据描述算法对其进行退化性能评估和剩余寿命预测。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效对火控系统健康状态进行评估以及对剩余使用寿命进行准确预测,达到了精准维护、维修、更换的目的,提高了装备可靠性。In order to save the high cost of tank troubleshooting, reduce the redundant ivestment of manpower and material resources for tank maintenance, and improve the reliability of tank perfor-mance, a new method of tank fire control system health state assessment and remaining life prediction method was proposed. Taking the fire control computer and sensor subsystem of a certain type of tank fire control system as the research object, the neighborhood rough set algorithm is used to reduce the performance parameters of the fire control computer, select the most important performance index, and then evaluate the degradation performance and predict the remaining life of the computer through the support vector data description algorithm. The experimental results show that the method can effectively evaluate the health status of the fire control system and accurately predict the remaining service life, and achieve the purpose of accurate maintenance, repair and replacement, and improve the reliability of the equipment.
