论发达国家艺术质量评价体系及对我国的启示——以澳大利亚为例

摘　　要：艺术质量始终是艺术管理需要解决的重大问题,全球艺术市场的繁荣给艺术质量的提升带来了机遇和挑战,如何设计、实施与应用艺术质量评价体系成为备受国内外艺术行业关注的问题。澳大利亚是世界上最早建立艺术质量评价体系的国家,并通过指标设立、修正、实施、应用等多个阶段积累了丰富的评价经验,对我国的艺术质量评价工作有重要借鉴意义。尽管我国的艺术质量评价尚处于探索阶段,但是评价体系的建立具有紧迫的必要性和充分的可行性。我们应该结合澳大利亚艺术质量评价体系正反两方面的经验,在设计阶段要保证参与主体、评价指标和评价方法贴合我国艺术发展实际,在实施阶段要规范管理艺术质量评价工作,在应用阶段要科学应用艺术质量评价结果。如此,才能弥补我国艺术质量评价相关研究的理论空白,助力我国站在世界艺术管理前沿,与国际社会保持同步。The Art quality has always been a major issue in art management.The prosperity of the global art market has brought opportunities and challenges to the improvement of art quality.How to design,implement and apply an art quality evaluation system has become a major concern in the art industry at home and abroad.Australia is the first country in the world to establish an art quality evaluation system,and has accumulated rich evaluation experience through indicator establishment,revision,implementation,and application,which can be drawn by China.Although China’s art quality evaluation is still in the exploratory stage,the establishment of an evaluation system is urgently necessary and feasible.By learning from the Australian art quality evaluation system,we would design a system to ensure that the participants,evaluation indicators and methods are in line with the actual development of Chinese art,regulate the management of art quality evaluation work in its implementation,and scientifically make use of the art quality evaluation results in the application.In this way,we will fill up the theoretical gaps in the research related to the evaluation of Chinese art quality,and help China stand at the forefront of world art management and keep pace with the world.
