摘　　要：目的检测HIST1H3D基因在宫颈癌的表达情况,进一步分析HIST1H3D基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况与临床病理特征、盆腔转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法,检测HIST1H3D基因在正常宫颈、低度宫颈上皮内病变、高度宫颈上皮内病变、宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及差异,统计收集患者的标本及临床资料,分析HIST1H3D基因的表达与宫颈癌临床病理特征、盆腔转移的关系。结果HIST1H3D基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达显著高于正常宫颈、低度宫颈上皮内病变和高度宫颈上皮内病变中的表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIST1H3D基因在宫颈癌中的表达与FIGO分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移有相关性(P<0.05)。但与患者年龄、病理分型、肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05)。结论HIST1H3D基因在宫颈癌中的表达增加,且表达量随恶性程度增加而增加,提示其过表达与宫颈癌的发生发展有一定的关系,可作为宫颈癌发生发展及淋巴转移的参考指标。Objective To investigate the expression of HIST1H3D in cervical cancer tissues,then to analyze the clinical significance underlying the differential expression of HIST1H3D.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression and differences of HIST1H3D gene in normal cervical,low cervical intraepithelial lesions,high cervical intraepithelial lesions and cervical cancer tissues.Samples and clinical data were collected to analyze the relationship between HIST1H3D gene expression and the clinicopathological features and pelvic metastasis of cervical cancer.Results①The expression of HIST1H3D gene was significantly higher in cervical carcinoma tissues than in normal cervical,low cervical squamous intraepithelial lesions and high cervical intraepithelial lesions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The expression of HIST1H3D gene in cervical cancer was correlated with FIGO staging,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).③However,there was no correlation with patients'age,pathological classification and tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusion HIST1H3D gene has increased expression in cervical cancer,and the expression increases with the increase of malignancy,suggesting that there is a certain relationship between its overexpression and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer,which can be used as a reference index to judge the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis.
