卵巢癌患者血清HK10、CA125、HE4的表达水平及意义

摘　　要：目的分析卵巢癌患者血清人激肽释放酶10(HK10)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及人附睾蛋白4(HE4)的表达水平及意义。方法选取86例卵巢癌患者、72例卵巢良性肿瘤患者、50例健康体检者作为研究对象,检测各组对象血清HK10、CA125、HE4水平。结果卵巢癌组血清HK10、CA125、HE4水平明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组、健康体检组(P<0.01),而卵巢良性肿瘤组与健康体检组之间血清HK10、CA125、HE4水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。卵巢癌患者血清HK10、CA125、HE4水平与细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移、肌层浸润深度、临床分期等指标有显著相关性(P<0.01),与患者年龄、肿瘤直径等指标无显著相关性(P>0.05)。三项指标联合检测诊断卵巢癌的AUC显著高于血清HK10、CA125、HE4单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论卵巢癌患者血清HK10、CA125、HE4水平明显升高,并与患者多项临床病理特征指标密切相关,联合检测这3项指标诊断卵巢癌具有较好的临床实用价值。Objective The expression levels and significance of human kallikrein 10(HK10),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and human epididymis protein 4(HE4)in serum of patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed.Methods 86 patients with ovarian cancer,72 patients with benign ovarian tumors,and 50 healthy physical examinees were selected as research objects,and the levels of serum HK10,CA125 and HE4 in each group were detected.Results The levels of HK10,CA125 and HE4 in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in ovarian benign tumor patients and healthy subjects(P<0.01),while there were no significant differences in serum levels between ovarian benign tumor patients and healthy subjects(P>0.05).The serum HK10,CA125 and HE4 levels in ovarian cancer patients were significantly correlated with the degree of cell differentiation,lymph node metastasis,depth of muscular invasion,and clinical stage(P<0.01),but not with the age,tumor diameter,and other indicators(P>0.05).Area under the curve(AUC)of ovarian cancer diagnosed by combined detection of the three indicators was significantly higher than that by single detection of serum HK10,CA125 and HE4,with statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The levels of HK10,CA125 and HE4 in serum of patients with ovarian cancer are significantly increased,which are closely related to many clinicopathological characteristics of patients.The combined detection of HK10,CA125 and HE4 has high clinical and practical value for ovarian cancer.
