年轻宫颈癌患者放疗后激素替代治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨年轻宫颈癌患者放射治疗后出现更年期症状后使用激素替代治疗(HRT)的效果,及其患者生活质量。方法采用前瞻性研究,实验组30例,对照组30例。观察每位患者在用药前、用药后的更年期症状Kuppemen评分、激素水平的变化及生存期变化。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的更年期症状明显减轻(P<0.05);促卵泡激素和黄体生成素水平较用药前明显下降(P<0.05),雌二醇水平较用药前明显升高(P<0.05)。2组生存期无统计学差异。结论年轻宫颈癌患者放射治疗后,HRT能明显减轻患者卵巢功能丧失所引起的更年期症状,提高患者生活质量,且不影响患者的生存期。Objective To investigate the effect of hormone replacement therapy(HRT)and the quality of life of young cervical cancer patients with menopausal symptoms after radiotherapy.Methods A prospective study was conducted,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The changes of kuppemen score,blood hormone and survival period were observed before,and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the menopausal symptoms of the experimental group were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the levels of follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of estradiol were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival time between the two groups.Conclusion After radiotherapy,HRT can significantly reduce the menopausal symptoms caused by the loss of ovarian function and improve the quality of life of young patients with cervical cancer,without affecting the survival period of patients.
