生态脆弱区建设活动水土流失特点及防治对策研究——以呼和浩特新机场建设为例

摘　　要：内蒙古呼和浩特市新机场是重点工程,地处黄河流域多沙粗沙区,做好各项水土保持工作对于推动项目建设和区域生态环境改善具有重要意义。文章结合工程扰动特点、建设过程中地表覆盖变化特点及水土流失潜在危险分析,剖析了因害设防、及时切实做好临时防护措施的重要性,并结合项目特点和区域自然条件,提出优化施工工序、加强水土保持措施管护等建议。The new airport in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia is a key project,which is located in the sandy and coarse sand area of the Yellow River Basin.It is of great significance to do a good job in soil and water conservation to promote the construction of the project and the improvement of the regional ecological environment.Based on the characteristics of engineering disturbance,the change of surface cover during construction and the potential danger analysis of soil erosion,this paper analyzes the importance of hazard fortification and timely and practical temporary protection measures.
