摘 要:随着职业技能大赛的兴起,高职院校纷纷通过竞赛来提高自身的教学质量。利用竞赛平台,能够对教学水平进行很好的检测。文章以工业分析检验赛项为例,提出基于竞赛的教学改革,完善人才培养方案、改革核心课程、创新教学模式、加强校企合作以及建设师资队伍,并总结了竞赛对教学改革后的教学效果,提高了学生的综合能力,提升了教师的业务水平,打造了学校的品牌效应。With the rise of vocational skills competition, higher vocational colleges have improved their teaching quality through competition. Using the competition platform, the teaching level can be well tested. In this paper, taking the industrial analysis and inspection competition as an example, put forward the teaching reform based on the competition, improving the talent training scheme, reforming core courses, innovating teaching mode, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and building the teaching staff. It also summarizes the teaching effect after the teaching reform based on the competition, which improves the comprehensive ability of students, the professional level of teachers and builds the brand effect of the college.
