摘  要:本文从场和路两方面介绍了微带线近端串扰的产生的原因,指出信号的上升沿和下降沿是串扰的来源。使用了有限元分析软件对线间近端串扰进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明:近端串扰呈现明显的震荡特性,且在低频段一般和频率呈线性关系;微带线长度对近端串扰大小影响不大;减少微带线间距和减少介质厚度可以有效减少近端串扰的大小;满足阻抗匹配可以有效减少近端串扰的大小。This paper introducGS the causes of the near end crosstalk of microstrip line from two aspects of field and Circuit.It is pointed out that the rising edge and falling edge of signal are the sources of crosstalk.Finite element analysis software is used to simulate the near end crosstalk between lines.The simulation results show that the near end crosstalk has obvious oscillation characteristics and is generally linear with frequency in low frequency band;the length of microstrip line has little effect on the near end crosstalk;reducing the distanee between microstrip lines and reducing the thickness of dielectric can effectively reduce the near end crosstalk;the impedance matching can effectively reduce near end crosstalk.
