摘　　要：党的力量来自组织,组织力是组织生命力的具体体现。本文采用调查研究法、个案分析法,通过对福建某建筑业国企A集团的基层党组织建设工作现状进行梳理分析,分析其经验成效、存在的突出问题及原因,明确提升基层党组织组织力要在强化政治功能、加强标准化建设、加强创新引领,以增强政治引领力、思想引领力和组织战斗力上持续用力、久久为功。The strength of the Party comes from the organization,and the organizational strength is the concrete embodiment of the vitality ofthe organization.This paper uses the method of investigation and case analysis to analyze the current situation of the construction of the grass-roots Party Organization of a state-owned enterprise group in a construction industry in Fujian Province,included analysis of its experi-ence,effectiveness,problems and causes.In order to improve the organizational capacity of the grass-roots Party organizations,we shouldstrengthen the political function,the standardization construction and the innovation leading,so as to strengthen the political leading ability,the thought leading ability and the organizational fighting ability.
