摘　　要：传统黄酒生产场所作为绍兴工业遗产之一,具备研究意义和保护价值,而研究其选址因素能够对黄酒产业有更深入的了解与认知。本文以鉴湖水域的传统黄酒生产场所为研究对象,主要对影响传统黄酒生产场所选址的因素做出调查、研究与总结。首先,通过对鉴湖水域的传统黄酒生产场所的调查来梳理各个时期黄酒厂的选址。其次,从外部和内部两个角度出发,根据其历史选址来探究影响选址的诸多因素,并以东浦镇黄酒产业的分布和选址因素研究进行实例佐证。最后,从历史、文化、经济等多个角度探讨绍兴黄酒传统生产场所及其选址对城市发展所产生的影响,并做出总结。As one of the industrial heritages of Shaoxing,the traditional yellow rice wine production place has certain research significance and protection value.And the study of its location factors can have a deeper understanding and cognition on the yellow rice wine industry.Taking the traditional yellow rice wine production sites in Jianhu as the research object,this paper mainly investigates,studies and summarizes the factors affecting the location of traditional yellow rice wine production sites.Firstly,through the investigation of the historical evolution of the traditional yellow wine production places in Jianhu area,the site selection of yellow wine distilleries in different periods is sorted out.Then from the external and internal perspectives,according to the historical site selection,this paper explores the factors affecting the site selection,and then illustrates and proves with the study on the distribution and site selection factors of yellow rice wine industry in Dongpu town.Finally,this paper discusses the influence of Shaoxing rice wine traditional production place and its site selection on urban development from the perspectives of history,culture and economy,and makes a summary.
