基于协同理论的高校大思政教育创新路径研究

摘　　要：思想政治工作是一项多因素共同作用的系统工程,高校应坚持立德树人根本任务和社会主义核心价值观主线,双多渠道协同、多平台联动的大思政,取代内容整齐划一、形式相对单调的传统思政。本文基于协同理论,提出高校大思政教育创新的两条路径:一是构建全员全程全方位大思政体系,把思想政治教育贯穿育人全过程。二是推进思政课程和课程思政改革,用好课堂教育主渠道。Ideological and political work is a systematic project with many factors working together. Colleges should adhere to the basic task of cultivating people by virtue and main line of socialist core values, and replace the traditional ideological and political work with uniform content and relatively monotonous form. Based on the theory of coordination, this paper puts forward two ways of innovation in ideological and political education in colleges and universities: one is to build a comprehensive ideological, and to run ideological and political education through the whole process of education;the second is to promote the ideological and political curriculum and curriculum reform, and make good use of the main channel of classroom education.
