摘　　要：进入网络时代后,现代信息技术成为大学生自主学习的重要手段,但是在自主学习过程中,很容易受到诸多因素的影响,包括自主学习缺少规划性、自制力薄弱、氛围不浓厚等,自主学习效果并不理想。因此,本文从多个维度探析改善策略,以期进一步提高大学生自主学习效果。After entering the Internet era, modern information technology has become an important means for college students to learn autonomously, but in the process of autonomous learning, they are easily affected by many factors, including lack of planning in autonomous learning, weak self-control, and a lack of strong atmosphere. The learning effect is not ideal. Therefore, this article explores improvement strategies from multiple dimensions, with a view to further improving the effectiveness of college students’ autonomous learning.
