摘　　要：高职院校是人才培养的重要单位之一,在院校专门设立以贫困生助学为目的的学生资助体系,高职贫困生助学应与人才培养模式相结合,解决贫困生上学难问题,培养其自立能力。本文说明了以人才培养为核心目标的资助体系建立必要性,总结了高职院校当前人才培养普遍模式,分析了贫困学生求学困境和资助体系现状,并提出基于人才培养的学生资助体系落实策略。The higher vocational college is one of the important units of talent training.In order to solve the problem of poor students’difficulty in going to school and cultivate their self-reliance,they should set up a student aid system for the purpose of helping poor students.This paper explains the necessity of establishing the aid system with talent training as the core goal,summarizes the current general mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the plight of poor students in school and the present situation of the aid system,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the student aid system based on talent training.
