摘  要:目的建立快速准确测定大米中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞的电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),为大米中的重金属污染情况调查提供参考。方法采用微波消解、选择内标物和同位素消除干扰,ICP-MS同时测定大米中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞的含量。结果5种元素检出限为0.0005 mg/kg^0.0075 mg/kg,各元素线性相关系数均>0.9995;回收率为94.6%~105.9%;相对标准偏差为0.8%-6.5%。结论该方法简便快速,精密度.准确度高,适用于大米中铅、镉、铬砷、汞的含量的检测。Objective In order to understand the pollution of heavy metals in rice,a method for the determination of lead,cadmium,chromium,arsenic and mercury by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICPMS)was developed.Methods The sample was digested by microwave,internal standard and isotope were used for elimination of interference.The contents of the five elements were quantified by ICP-MS.Results The detection limit of five elements were within 0.0005 m g/kg-0.0075 m g/kg,and the linear correlation coefficients(r)were greater than 0.9996.The recoveries of the method were within 94.6%-105.9%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranging from 0.8%to 6.5%.Conclusion The developed method is simple,rapid,precise and accurate.It is suitable for the determination of Pb,Cd,Cr,As,Hg in rice.
