由能力验证引出的对煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基的质量比较

摘　　要：目的查找煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基用于大肠菌群检测时的产气出现不均匀的原因,防止假阴性现象。方法用4种检测方法检查5个生产企业的2种不同类型的煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基。结果该培养基的即用型易出现假阴性结果;提取能力验证样品中的菌—弗氏柠檬酸杆菌ATCC8090,对煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基敏感。结论当发现煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基的培养物有浑浊不产气时,应更换培养基进行证实试验;建议用能力验证的菌对培养基质量进行检查;对煌绿乳糖胆盐肉汤培养基即用型应加大量进行均匀性试验,考察其均匀性;推测即用型的集气装置是造成质量不均匀的原因,并建议改进;建议在食品标准中制定小倒管的规格,以规范产气指标的观察。Objective To find out the cause of uneven gas production when lamprogreen lactose bile salt broth medium is used for coliform group detection to prevent false negative phenomenon. Methods Four methods were used to examine two different types of lamprogreen lactose bile salt broth medium in five production enterprises. Results The ready-to-use medium was prone to false negative results. The bacterium in the sample,Citrobacter fredii ATCC8090,was sensitive to lamprolac gallbladder broth medium. Conclusion When the culture medium of lamprogreen lactose gallbladder broth is turbidous and does not produce gas,the medium should be replaced for confirmation test. It is suggested to check the quality of the medium with the bacteria with capability verification. A large amount of uniformity tests should be carried out on the medium of lamprogreen lactose gallsalt broth to investigate its uniformity. It is speculated that the out-of-the-box air collecting device is the cause of the uneven quality,and it is suggested to improve it. It is suggested that the specification of small inverted tube should be established in the food standard to regulate the observation of gas production index.
