摘　　要：工学交替指的是理论与实践相结合的人才培养模式,对于高职酒店管理专业人才培养具有重要价值。工学交替模式的实施过程中,最为重要的则是实习质量,由于工学交替模式的实施过程中受到多方因素的影响,所以想要提高工学交替的实习质量监控效果,应从多个维度入手共同推进。Alternation of engineering and learning refers to the combination of theory and practice in personnel training mode,which is of great value for the training of professional hotel management professionals. The most important thing in the implementation process of the work-study alternation mode is the quality of internships. Since the implementation of the work-study alternation mode is affected by many factors,if you want to improve the effect of monitoring the quality of the internship in the practice,you need to start from multiple dimensions for advancement.
