摘　　要：文化志愿者是我国志愿者群体的有机组成部分,拥有较强的专业性与文化性,能够通过公益文化服务,满足社区居民的基本需求。然而在时代发展的过程中,文化志愿者的社会功能发生了深刻的转变,从传统的服务社区,逐渐转变为治理社区。本文结合文化志愿者的意义,探析文化志愿者的服务宗旨、原则及职责,指出文化志愿者参与社区治理的实现逻辑,提出具体的实现路径。Cultural volunteers are an integral part of the volunteer group in China. They have strong professionalism and cultural character,and can meet the basic needs of community residents through public welfare cultural services. However,in the development of the times,the social function of cultural volunteers has undergone a profound change,from traditional service communities to gradually governed communities. This paper combines the meaning of cultural volunteers,analyzes the service objectives,principles and responsibilities of cultural volunteers,points out the implementation logic of cultural volunteers’ participation in community governance,and proposes specific implementation paths.
